Storage & Shipping: Store at 0°F or below
Thawing: Place closed frozen container in in refrigerator 40°F or below, three days prior to use, then use promptly. The product should not be refrozen.
Shelf Life: Will keep up to 2 years from date of manufacture under frozen storage. After thawing, the product will remain stable under refrigerated conditions between 40°F or below for: 5 days
Conversion Chart (Large Eggs)
- 2 Cups=20 Yolks 0.1 LB Sugar
- 3 3/4 cups=40 Yolks 0.2 LB Sugar
- 5 2/4 cups=60 Yolks 0.3 LB Sugar
- 7 1/2 cups=80 Yolks 0.4 LB Sugar
- 9 1/2 cups=100 Yolks 0.5 LB Sugar
