With the winter months upon us Prima Porta Italian Sausage Stromboli is a perfect main course to make for a Sunday game day or a child’s birthday, it is always a crowd pleasure! Prima Porta Italian Sausage Stromboli

Yield 4 Stromboli

4 1-pound dough balls (559304, 18/24oz)
mustard (991253, 4/105oz)
oregano (CQo075, QT)
1 pound sliced white american cheese (771050, 5#)
1 pound shredded mozzarella (775562, 5#)
1 pound ground beef (222022, 5#)
1 pound hot Italian sausage (HTF3011, 10#)
1 pound chipped ham (FRD105-2, 13#)
1/4 pound chipped pepperoni (440039, 25# )
1/4 pound chipped hard salami (441003, 4.8#)
olive oil (992055, 3LTR)
Cortazzo’s marinara sauce (CTZ001, 12/25oz)

Thaw dough, if frozen. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cook ground beef and Italian sausage. Roll out bread dough to the size of 16 x 8 inch. Spread mustard in the center of the rectangle. Assemble in order of ingredients. Fold ends of the stromboli in and overlap the sides. Roll stromboli over onto a cookie sheet and top with olive oil. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown. Serve with heated marinara sauce.
