Freda Reuben Dip (1 of 1)

What a tasty easy dip-Freda Reuben Dip! If you are a fan of Reuben sandwiches you definitely should try this dip at your next gathering.

Yield 8 Servings
1/2 cup thousand island dressing (991427, 4/1GAL, Kens)
3/4 cup mayo (992152, 4/1GAL, Hellers)
1/2 pound Freda corned beef, chopped (FRD660-2, 2/7#)
3/4 pound Swiss, shredded (774524, 6/5#)
16 ounces sauerkraut, drained (KSL900, 12/2#, Kissling)
ground pepper to taste (CQP084, QT)

Mix ingredients together and bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes until bubbly. Serve with rye crackers or Matzo!
