Features and Benefits

Features: No preservatives. Excellent Source of Protein. Contains 520 mg of Omega 3 Fatty Acids per 4oz serving.
Preparation and Cooking: Reconstituting – Boil-in-Bag: Fill a medium pot halfway with water and heat to 180F. Place frozen package of Pulled BBQ Salmon into water. Cook for approximately 30 minutes at 180F. Allow package to rest for 2 minutes to reach temperature greater than 165F before serving. Double Boiler: Empty frozen contents of package into a bowl, cover, and allow to thaw overnight. Fill a medium stockpot halfway with water and bring to a simmer over medium-high heat. Place thawed Pulled BBQ Salmon into a metal bowl and place over stockpot. Cover with aluminum foil and cook for 18-20 minutes. Stir product every 5 minutes during cooking for best results. Serve when product reaches a temperature greater than 165F. Steamed-in-Bag: Fill a 4 hotel pan with 1-2 inches of water and place a perforated 2 hotel pan on top. Heat uncovered over medium -high heat for approximately 5 minutes until steam is produced. Place frozen package onto perforated pan and cover tightly with aluminum foil. Cook for approximately 30 minutes. Allow package to rest for 2 minutes to reach a temperature greater than 165F before serving.
Serving Suggestions: Pulled BBQ Salmon Sliders with fried pickles and granny smith apple slaw.
Storage: Keep Frozen
