Heirloom Italian Bratwurst – based on a recipe from Dogfish Founder Sam Calagione’s family. Sam’s great-grandmother used pork, fennel and red pepper in her classic Italian brat. In this version, the Italian flavors get a helping of Dogfish’s Midas Touch, a beer/wine/mead hybrid. 48/3 oz

Dogfish Head Spicy Espresso Bratwurst – made with espresso powder, minced habanero and cumin. A touch of Chicory Stout is a smooth, chocolatey foil to the mild heat. 48/3 oz


Dogfish Head Traditional Pork Bratwurst – the classic, is made with white pepper, coriander, mace (a cousin of nutmeg) and mustard. It wouldn’t be Dogfish without an off-centered twist, so the Bratwurst is dosed with Belgian dark ale Raison D’Etre. 48/3 oz

Dogfish Head Greek Feta Chicken Bratwurst – made with feta cheese, mint, spinach, cumin, lemon and a dose of Midas Touch. 48/3 oz

Features and Benefits

Features: 0 grams Trans Fat.
Preparation and Cooking: Baking – Let biscuits thaw. Heat biscuits in a preheated 325 degree convection oven for 12-15 minutes. Remove from oven and brush with melted butter or margarine.
Serving Suggestions: Bridgford Buttermilk Biscuits taste great with butter and honey or jam. They are so versatile they can be used to make trifle, hot biscuits & gravy, biscuit fritters and strawberry shortcake.
1 Biscuit = 2 oz equivalent grain servings.

Pickled Green Beans (1 of 1)

This was a great addition to Hometown’s Company Picnic menu this past weekend! Simple, fast, fresh and healthy!

Yield: 4 Cups
Ingredients
1/2 cup white wine vinegar (991961, 4/1GAL, Regina)
1/4 cup water
1 teaspoon fine sea salt (NSA1450, 50#)
1 pound green or purple wax beans, trimmed (02596, 2/5#)
1 cup coarsely chopped dill (00300, 4OZ)

Method
In a small saucepan, simmer the vinegar, water and salt, stirring, until the salt 
dissolves. Combine the beans and dill in a heatproof bowl; cover with the hot brine. Let cool to room temperature, about 2 hours. Serve at room temperature or chilled.
